I am a product and growth strategist from Cincinnati with nearly 20 years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience design (UX), and usability testing. I have spent the last ten years working in the online e-commerce space focusing on food and food product distribution with Central Restaurant Products and Hubert, a division of TAKKT Food Services.

Role: Conversion Rate Optimization & Testing Lead
As a member of the E-Commerce team, I directly work with Management, Marketing, IT, Sales and third-party services to provide data backed guidance in order to improve the customer's online experience in alignment with business objectives.
Responsible for:
- Identification of customer patterns.
- Monitoring of pain points and friction events.
- Customer research.
- Creation, scheduling, and management of online testing.

Role: Senior Web Designer
As a member of the marketing team, I was tasked with the digital implementation of their company wide rebrand, the structural modernizing of the aging Champion Window website, microsites, and the update of their online advertising efforts.
Responsible for:
- Implementation of the company wide rebrand across the the main Champion Window website and satellite microsites.
- Project management.
- Development of an enterprise level content management system.
- Usability testing.
- Management of online advertisements.
- Creation of training materials and defining of best practices for digital content handled by the Champion Window marketing team.
